New Products Spotted At Trader Joe’s

On a recent trip to Trader Joe’s we spotted something new. Now new is sometimes not that easy to spot at our Trader Joe’s store, because we get into such a rush to “get it, and get home” that sometimes we forget to stop and smell the coffee (OK drink a coffee sample and look around  as well, right?)

Anyway as I was sipping my coffee and realizing that my list was still taped to the refrigerator….grrr…  So I started to chat with the Trader Joe’s Crewmember who was sampling products that day (Yogurt and granola- Yummy.). And we got to chatting about cinnamon rolls of all things.  The Crewmember told me that Trader Joe’s now has a convenient “can” of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator case….

Well you know that I made a beeline over to check that out!

Yep! There they were… right next to some canned Crescent Rolls and canned Buttermilk Biscuits. WOW. How could I have missed these cool items??

As cheesy as this sounds, I just love those canned cinnamon rolls. They just wait around in the fridge until you are ready for them, and then POP you open and bake ‘em up… and you whole house smells heavenly! You try and let them cool for a moment before spreading the glaze on top… and make a great cup of coffee or tea…. And enjoy….. mmmmmm

Unfortunately we did not purchase these items on that trip…. Let’s just say we will save them for a baking adventure sometime later in the fall when it is slightly cooler here in Arizona!
